to help grow both our consulting and assessment client base. Position Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven

Sales Executive

with experience in MSP services and government contracting to lead outbound and inbound sales efforts. This role focuses on acquiring new clients for CMMC consulting engagements, CMMC assessments, and ongoing managed security services. Drive new business growth across all service lines:

MSP ,

CMMC consulting , and

CMMC assessments . Identify, qualify, and engage with DoD contractors, subcontractors, and other organizations within the DIB. Educate prospects on CMMC compliance, our unique capabilities as a

C3PAO , and how our MSP and consulting services provide long‑term value. Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to proposal development and deal closure. Collaborate with technical teams to scope services accurately and align solutions to client needs. Maintain a robust pipeline and track sales metrics using our CRM tools. Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and virtual forums as needed. Required Qualifications

3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in

IT services ,

cybersecurity ,

compliance , or

government contracting . Strong understanding of the

CMMC ecosystem , including levels, assessment processes, and requirements of OSCs and C3PAOs. Familiarity with

MSP offerings

such as endpoint protection, patching, monitoring, and help desk services. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling to

DoD contractors

or organizations in regulated industries. Knowledge of

NIST SP 800-171 , DFARS, and FedRAMP is a strong plus. Previous sales experience with a

C3PAO ,

RPO , or

MSP
