
What You’ll Do
Help the store consistently and profitably meet used vehicle sales quotas through expert management, deal working, and leadership of the sales team.
Train the sales team on sales methodologies that support established sales targets and Finance & Insurance (F&I) process.
Train sales team to become subject‑matter experts on all vehicles, specifications, and features in inventory.
Coordinate sales completion and title administrative tasks for one or more Avis Car Sales locations with corporate, VAB offices, and third‑party partners.
Load and execute documentation related to all retail transactions.
Execute E‑signing and E‑contracting whenever applicable.
Ensure deal structure meets bank approval guidelines (LTV, contract rate, bank fees, etc.) prior to contracting.
Confirm and verify proof of insurance, trade payoffs, and customer deposits/down‑payments according to company policy.
Handle trade titles correctly and audit deal jackets, validate and process paperwork and funding documents; ensure completion and accuracy of required documents.
Complete all F&I paperwork accurately and route in a timely manner to ensure quick funding.
Manage the timely funding of all Contracts In‑Transit (CIT) and verify & reconcile fundings for sold vehicles.
Ensure all monies received for car deals are accounted for and reconciled.
Process title and registration applications after each sale; coordinate with customers, VAB team, and tag agencies to resolve issues.
Monitor delivery of titles and plates to customers and/or finance companies.
Manage customers’ inquiries about title, registration, and paperwork issues.
Ensure compliance with state and local laws in processing tag/title work and sales tax/reporting requirements.
Coordinate weekly calls with shared service center (VAB), corporate office, and third‑party associates; track all work.
Collaborate with GM, managers, and sales representatives to maximize store sales volume.
Maintain 100% adherence to all compliance policies (OFAC, Red Flag, Risk‑Based Pricing Disclosure, FTC Safeguard Rules, etc.).
Assist and provide backup to store General Manager as needed.

What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma.
Ability to multitask; team player and self‑motivated.
Minimum combined 3 years in Car Sales management and Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Excellent customer service skills.
Detail‑oriented, excellent communication and organization skills.
Self‑starter who can meet deadlines, set priorities, multi‑task, and adapt to change.
Quick learner able to work with others and manage a team.
PC skills: V‑Auto, VinSolutions, Dealertrack DMS, F&I, Darwin, and other Finance Programs; CRM experience preferred.
Retail Car Sales Title Clerk experience preferred.
