Responsible for developing, maintaining and providing high-quality CCH Supportive Housing programming at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless. Oversees Supportive Housing programming primarily for clients placed in scattered site housing throughout the Denver Metro area. Ensures compliance with all CCH, City, state, and federal requirements, including grant reports, client service activities, data analysis, and other tracking tools. Contributes to short- and long-term strategic planning and implementation of all CCH Supportive Housing Initiatives. Works closely with the Onsite HSS Director and other CCH leadership to assist in designing and overseeing new initiatives. Collaborates to create a trauma-informed, supportive, inclusive work environment. Master’s degree in Social Work or related field required. Licensure in Colorado as an LCSW or LPC required; co-licensure as a CACIII or LAC strongly preferred. NOTE: Candidate selected will be required to complete internal credentialing and privileging prior to start date. Credentialing and privileging timeline depends on selected candidate's submission of documents. A start date will be scheduled once credentialing and privileging is complete. Additional Requirement

Create supportive working environment that encourages trauma-informed and culturally competent interactions. Hire, train and supervise direct reports, providing coaching, problem-solving assistance, resources, tools, professional development and ongoing support. Set and manage staff performance objectives to meet department goals and grant requirements. Collaborate with Stout Street Health Center, Property Management and other HSS Director leadership teams to build integrated care systems. Assure implementation of quality improvement and quality assurance activities and monitoring. Oversee department contracts and budgets and accountable for financial expenditures. Collaborate with Resource Development to apply for new funding for projects that align with the Coalition’s mission and values. Assure compliance with funding requirements, including reports to grantors and partners. Assure high standards and competencies required by state and federal guidelines. Represent the agency as an advocate and educator regarding national best practices. Respond to crises in a trauma-informed manner and participate in on-call rotations as necessary. Understand and follow related policies and procedures of CCH and support managers and staff in compliance. Provide direct services to clients and clinical consultation within the department as needed. Demonstrate understanding of EHR and HMIS and help assure staff competency. Maintain respectful work environment and foster diversity. Keep alert to current substance treatment and mental health theory and management strategies. Actively participate on committees and contribute to program and staff development. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Summary
Proficient in customer care and service. Knowledge of homeless issues and sensitivity to underserved populations. Baseline knowledge of how trauma and structural racism and oppression impact homeless community members. Knowledge of non-profit organizational management practices. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and budgeting practices. Demonstrated knowledge, competency and advocacy around the principles of housing first, harm reduction and motivational interviewing. Understanding of Trauma Informed Care and ability to apply principles to supervision and client care. Skill in operating office equipment, such as computers, software and telephones. Sound critical thinking and decision-making skills. Outstanding customer service skills and excellent interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence. Knowledge of HUD rules and regulations. Knowledge of HIPAA and federal and state requirements. Ability to function cooperatively as a member of the team. Ability to listen effectively, synthesize and analyze information and respond creatively to challenging situations. Ability to interact with residents in a fair and tactful manner. Respect confidentiality of resident information. Effective communication with others both in writing and orally. Work independently and with little supervision. Organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Ensure accuracy of data management and reporting. Make sound decisions while maintaining appropriate confidentiality.
