that inspire. We’re looking for an
Account Executive
who thrives in a consultative sales role. This is your chance to own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and presentations to bidding, closing, and client handoff — all while shaping the environments where people work, learn, and connect. What you’ll do
Grow revenue
Drive new business through outreach, referrals, industry events, and targeted campaigns.
Build relationships with architects, designers, general contractors, property managers, and corporate decision-makers.
Deliver presentations and one‑on‑one meetings that position IE as the partner of choice.
Win business
Lead the sales consulting and estimating process for architectural signage, experiential graphics, and corporate interiors.
Review drawings and blueprints, identify risks, and coordinate with estimators and production to propose solutions.
Develop accurate ROM budgets and formal bids that protect scope, schedule, and margin.
Submit on‑time bid responses with complete documentation and follow‑through.
Own client success
Ensure seamless project kickoff and handoff to Project Management with full documentation.
Partner with internal teams (PM, Estimating, Detailing/Art, Fabrication) to anticipate changes and communicate updates.
Build long‑term client trust, capture testimonials, and drive referrals.
What you’ll bring
5+ years of
B2B sales experience
in architectural signage, experiential graphics, or corporate interiors.>
Proven ability to build and close a pipeline with architects, GCs, design firms, and corporate end users.
Strong understanding of
construction/architectural drawings
and fabrication materials.
Experience with
AIA billing
and progressive invoicing.
Confident communication skills: able to present to groups and negotiate effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
Preferred
li>Deep knowledge of signage fabrication processes, substrates, and finishes. Track record of protecting project profitability while solving for real‑world obstacles.

Work environment & requirements
Onsite with local/regional travel; occasional remote work as appropriate.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally; frequent sitting, periodic standing/walking.

Total compensation includes a base salary, plus a commission and sales bonus.
