Position Summary: As the EP&SI Sales Specialist, you will manage direct accounts and provide support and training to other sales staff. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in technical sales leadership, a deep understanding of environmental instrumentation, and a collaborative approach to developing team members. Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the region. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and guide sales account managers, fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain key client relationships, assessing needs and ensuring the team provides effective instrumentation solutions. Assistance and Support: Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team, assisting with complex sales situations and ensuring the team has necessary skills and knowledge. Strategic Planning: Drive development and execution of sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Collaboration: Work with internal teams (marketing, technical support, customer service) to ensure a cohesive approach to client needs. Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to monitor and adjust sales initiatives as needed. Reporting: Provide regular, accurate reports on sales performance, market trends, and team development. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Extensive experience in technical sales leadership focused on environmental, process, and safety instrumentation. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams. Strong understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed. Ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience with (combination of): Flare Gas Metering, CEMS, Ambient/Source Gas Analyzers, Sample Transport Bundles, Flow Measurement Technology, Industrial Gas & Flame Detection, Water Analysis Instrumentation, and related systems.
