
Account Services Representative
Qubica Holdings s.r.l., Richmond, Virginia, United States, 23214
Interacts with Customers, Distributors, and the outside sales force via incoming telephone calls, emails, and faxes to process orders and resolve customer account issues. Calls on assigned sales territories to sell Aftermarket products and inform customers of new products and monthly specials. Builds and maintains strong relationships with assigned customers. Works with outside sales forces to secure Aftermarket sales and develop leads.
Competencies/Qualifications
Knowledge of general sales principles.
Ability to translate technical knowledge into plain and easy-to-understand language.
Sales or sales support experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office products. Working knowledge of Microsoft CRM.
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and listen. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
While performing these duties, the employee will regularly work in the Richmond office.
Required education and experience
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
Bowling center operation or bowling equipment background preferred.
Knowledge of QubicaAMF Worldwide LLC products and systems preferred.
