Lead the strategic direction, enterprise integration, and transformational growth of a business unit with significant impact across the organization. The Senior Director, Business Unit Leader, is accountable for long-term business performance, innovation, and cultural stewardship. With full P&L ownership, the Senior Director serves as a visionary architect and integrative leader, translating strategy into sustained value creation.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, advanced degree, or equivalent experience in strategic leadership roles preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in business unit or enterprise roles.
Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional teams and delivering sustained business growth.
Deep expertise in market strategy, customer engagement, product innovation, and financial stewardship.
Ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Experience with enterprise transformation, digital enablement, and organizational design.
Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, complexity, and change.

COMPENSATION:
