Director of Employment Services

"Ever Onward" The Chamber's Original Motto c.1926 Orchard Village is looking for a full time Director of Employment Services. Director of Employment Services Description: Work closely with the VP of Programs to ensure the successful operation of the Employment Services Department including identifying pathways for programmatic growth and revenue development. Oversee day-to-day administrative activities regarding billing, compliance, data collection, and oversight of digital and paper files. Maintain a small caseload of vocational clients, support client intake, and management of the Vocational team. Coordinate team meetings, employment staffing, and interdisciplinary team meetings, ensuring the completion of all required documentation. Function as liaison and point-of-contact person for outside agencies. Director of Employment Services Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Rehabilitation, or a related field AND 3-5 years of experience in the field of vocational rehabilitation -OR- a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, certified Rehabilitation Counselor Certificate (CRC) preferred.
