# Area Sales Manager VIC###### Share this job opportunityWe are seeking a passionate and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our Field Sales team in Victoria.As a Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the assigned field team to deliver all in-store activities, operational engagement and all Field KPIs and Targets.The role will be responsible for the building and development of a high-performance sales team through ongoing focus to coaching and mentoring each team member according to their Individual Development Plan.The Area Sales Manager will also work collaboratively with the State Operations Manager to ensure compliance across all channels within their assigned area and will seek out additional sales opportunities through the relationships and rapport that have been built with their key customer contacts.You must have the hunger for a career in FMCG or a passion for field sales. You will need to bring a strong business acumen with the ability to influence and build relationships as well as have a “Can Do” attitude.As a Area Sales Manager, you will need to be resilient and self-motivated to drive for results within an autonomous role and have developed time management and organisational skills to be successful.Intermediate skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams is highly regarded.You will also need to hold a valid (clean) Australian driver's license.Ferrero is committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture in which all employees feel welcomed and appreciated and have the same opportunities.
