Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Golf Professional, where your passion for golf and exceptional customer service will help create memorable experiences for our members and guests. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in golf operations, and club management within a vibrant, energetic environment. You will assist in delivering top-tier golf services, support instructional programs, and contribute to the overall success of our golf facility. Duties

Assist with daily golf operations, including tee time management, course maintenance coordination, and member services Help organize and run junior golf clinics, tournaments, and special events to promote engagement and enjoyment Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pro shop, practice areas, and clubhouse facilities Support staff in equipment management, including club rentals and inventory control Promote safety standards on the course by monitoring player conduct and assisting with course rules enforcement Skills

Previous experience or interest in golf instruction or operations is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Strong communication skills with the ability to teach and motivate players of diverse ages and skill levels Experience working with children or in childcare settings enhances ability to lead junior programs effectively Knowledge of sports coaching techniques, behavior management, and physical education principles helps foster a positive learning environment Ability to work well within a team while demonstrating initiative and professionalism Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Benefits
