Direct overall administrative and technical operations of the Finance and Accounting Function of HealthONE Colorado Care Partners (HOCCP). HOCCP is a provider network that supports the value-based contracting and population health support activities for over 250 primary care providers across the Denver market. Oversees the following: All data analytics and supports value-based payer contracting activity Payer relations and contract negotiation management Client decision support and financial distribution management Coordination of all technology solutions and related databases; liaison to HealthONE information technology Daily operations of HOCCP The Admin Director of Finance and Operations serves as a strategic partner to the VP, CMO, and participating physicians. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Direct overall administrative and technical operations of the Finance and Accounting Function of HOCCP: Develop, execute and oversee all phases of Finance including the monthly financial statement close process, accounting and reimbursement analysis, annual budget, statistical gathering and reporting, financial computer systems, cashiering functions, financial audits, and serves as the primary finance and accounting resource to physicians and staff. Oversees the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable function, cash flow management, and performs bank reconciliation. Creates the financial statements and HOCCP. Reports financial status to Boards. Payer relations and contract management: Supports payor contract negotiations and financial analysis of contracts. Creates and maintains a physician database and an inventory of payer contracts. Client decision support and financial distribution management: Participant (non-voting) on the HOCCP Board of Directors including quarterly financial report out Coordinates distribution of shared savings and quality bonuses and monthly distribution of care management fees to participating practices. Oversees data management and analysis for all managed care contracts and the MSSP ACO. Oversees the creation and distribution of performance / financial reporting sent to physicians related to value-based contracts. Works in partnership with the Clinical Team Leadership to facilitate reporting requirements to execute Clinical Team strategies Coordination of all technology solutions and related databases, liaison to HealthONE Information Technology. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Must have effective verbal and written communication in order to communicate in a clear, concise manner with staff, department directors and managers, public, and administration. Demonstrate proficiency with computer systems and spreadsheets. Must possess strong supervisory and coordination/organizational skills. Must be detail oriented and a strong technical resource. Must have strong analytical skills to interpret and analyze a wide range of data. Must possess knowledge about managed care and third-party value-based contractual arrangements and have the ability to analyze such arrangements, including revenue, quality incentives and potential downside exposure Familiarity with the CMS MSSP ACO program EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS

Certification: Current or previous Certified Public Accountant preferred. Education: Bachelors of Science in Accounting or Finance Experience: 3 years in healthcare finance and three years supervisory experience.
