The Lehigh Acres Municipal Services Improvement District is seeking a Resource and Relations Director to provide high-level administrative, human resources, and insurance program support. This role serves as a key advisor to the District Manager, Board of Commissioners, staff, and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide confidential administrative support to the District Manager and Board. Oversee employee records, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. Administer employee benefits and insurance programs. Coordinate Board meetings, prepare minutes, and manage front office operations. Serve as a liaison between the District, employees, and the community. Ideal Candidate:
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in HR, benefits administration, or public administration required. Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Masters’ Degree Preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field At least five years’ experience and/or training in related government agency; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
