Connect with families over Zoom to walk them through financial planning and protection options Work with warm leads through social media, referrals, and digital outreach Participate in weekly virtual training and mentorship sessions Develop valuable, transferable skills including leadership, communication, and financial literacy Who This Is For
18+ with a valid SSN or ITIN Self-driven, coachable, and goal-oriented Strong integrity with a people-first approach Performance-based 1099 income ($500–$700 per policy) Commissions paid twice weekly State licensing fully covered
