
Major Responsibilities
Managing all aspects of corporate tax filings for the Group globally, including managing relationships within the finance team and with external advisers. Preparing the tax provision and associated disclosures for inclusion in the Group’s consolidated and individual statutory financial statements. Assisting the Group Tax Director with developing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation and policies in line with OECD guidelines. Supporting tax audits in the UK and overseas. Providing stewardship advice to the Group in respect of VAT and employment tax filings. Assisting the Group Tax Director with tax process improvements for direct and indirect tax activities. Supporting the Group Tax Director with ad-hoc tax projects such as new country entry and future M&A activities. Job Specific Education Required
Qualified Accountant or Tax Adviser, with a minimum of 3 years experience. Work Experience Required
Broad experience of UK tax and tax accounting. International tax experience is beneficial but not essential. Skills & Knowledge Required
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to communicate Tax matters to the right people, with the right information, in the right way, at the right time. Highly self-motivated, self-directed, with strong attention to detail. Excellent organisational and time management skills. A mindset of continuous improvement and an ability to develop talent for self and others.
