The Real Estate Manager oversees the company’s nationwide portfolio of pet care facilities, managing various leasing activities, landlord communications, and property-related data systems to support strategic real estate decisions. This role ensures that lease obligations are met, issues are resolved efficiently, and internal teams remain aligned on all matters related to the company’s physical locations. This role will also assist with facility vendor sourcing, contract management, and landlord communications regarding landlord responsibility items per lease agreements.**We are looking to add a Real Estate Manager to our team!****LOCATION: Remote**Zoning Board appearance or experience considered a plus. **REQUIREMENTS:**

4 years of experience in a similar capacity, Commercial Real estate Ability to travel Ability to work nights and weekends if needed 401k match
