Job Opportunity
Develop and execute the HEOR and RWE strategy to support US value demonstration for darovasertib at launch and through its lifecycle. Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs and Clinical Development to evaluate data gaps and develop robust evidence generation and publication plans. Develop and execute core evidence-generation activities including chart reviews, literature reviews, PRO studies, and micro-costing analyses to strengthen the clinical and economic differentiation of the product. Design and implement real-world data analyses to articulate the current patient demographics, treatment patterns, and outcomes for mUM patients. Develop comprehensive health economic model analyses to demonstrate value, inform pricing strategy, and support reimbursement decisions. Partner with Market Access to develop robust and compelling clinical, humanistic, and economic value propositions and oversee development of AMCP and Global Value Dossiers. Lead the external dissemination of HEOR/RWE deliverables including publications, presentations, and professional conferences. Develop, train, and implement the resources that support field HEOR efforts with key customers; ensure programs and materials comply with SOPs and Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) reviews. Engage and collaborate with external partners including payers, providers, and other access decision-makers to establish / maintain strong partnerships and gather insights. Support field team engagements during Preapproval Information Exchange (PIE) and post-approval interactions to educate payers and provider access stakeholders on darovasertib. Stay current with advancements in methodologies and best practices; closely monitor new trends in health policy and payer environment and integrate into cross-functional strategies. Influence the design of IDEAYAs clinical development programs through global price and market access and commercial opportunity assessments. Oversee budgeting and financial planning for all HEOR/RWE activities.
Requirements:
- Advanced, doctoral level degree in related discipline with at least 10-15 years of related experience
- Experience in Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry in US HEOR/RWE and with market access strategies
- Experience with rare disease and oral drugs is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success with US commercialization and launches
- Deep technical knowledge and experience with Clinical and HEOR / RWE data sets, methodologies, analyses, and processes to optimize execution of value evidence tactics
- Experience developing US and global value evidence generation plans for pipeline assets
- Experience establishing relationships with clinical and HEOR experts
- Experience interacting with US access decision-makers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to present to diverse stakeholders including external partners, healthcare professionals and senior leaders
- Excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment
- In-office role (4x per week) with 15% estimated travel to vendor partners and relevant conferences/meetings as deemed necessary
