Location: Chattanooga, TN Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour Shift: 4 AM

Essential Functions: Segregate all outbound orders in the Crate Shop staging area by international, domestic, and shipping priority. Measure products to determine crate size and required quantities of wood and materials. Select appropriate crate styles based on shipment requirements, product specifications, and safety considerations. Build, assemble, and over-pack crates and frames to ensure proper protection during transport and storage. Design crates to prevent damage during handling, storage, and shipping. Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment, including table saws, circular saws, routers, pneumatic nail guns, and drills. Operate forklifts or order pickers as needed to move materials and complete orders. We Are Looking For Drivers Who Have: GED or high school diploma preferred 2+ years of related forklift operating experience Familiar with sit-down, stand-up, and reach lifts Comfortable lifting 50 lbs and working long shifts Can move, stack, and stage shipments Follow safety procedures at all times Why You'll Like It Here: Solid pay every week
