
Parts Sales Specialist (Agriculture)
Pay: Base salary $60k + commission potential We are seeking a results-driven Parts Sales Specialist with deep roots in the agriculture industry. In this role, you won't just take orders; you will act as a technical partner to our customers, leveraging your mechanical knowledge to provide solutions and drive sales growth. Responsibilities: Sales & Consulting: Execute outbound sales calls and handle inbound inquiries; provide technical quotes for agricultural machinery (tillage focus). Expert Consulting: Provide accurate parts quotes and technical guidance, specifically for tillage tools and agricultural machinery. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing and availability to make informed, strategic sales decisions. End-to-End Coordination: Manage the full order lifecyclefrom sourcing parts with vendors and processing ERP orders to overseeing shipping logistics and drop-ships. Inventory Integrity: Assist with inventory management, returns (RMAs), and quality inspections to ensure customer satisfaction. What You Bring: Industry Expertise: 3+ years of experience in agricultural equipment or parts sales (Tillage experience highly preferred). Mechanical Aptitude: A strong understanding of how machine components function and interact. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and digital parts sourcing. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for high-stakes vendor and customer interactions. Physical Readiness: Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
