We are looking for a motivated leasing professional who is excited to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment to join a large, high-traffic community of over 800 apartment homes and provide an outstanding experience for prospective and current residents. You'll be joining a supportive, collaborative team with clear expectations, training, and opportunities to make a real impact every day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys tours, resident engagement, and bringing energy to a busy leasing office. A fast-moving environment gives you constant learning opportunities and the chance to make a meaningful impact across a large community. What you'll be doing: Your primary focus will be leading engaging tours for prospective residents and helping them envision their new home. You'll also support residents with everyday needs, ensuring a positive experience across the community. Compensation & benefits: Base pay: $20.00
$22.00/hour $100 new lease commissions Property staff shared renewal commissions Morgan essentials

Guide applicants through the leasing process and schedule lease signings. Process applications accurately within 24 hours. Resident support & engagement: Communicate professionally with residents. Assist with resident needs in a proactive, solution-focused manner. Support retention initiatives and promote a welcoming atmosphere. Team collaboration: Work closely with property team members to reach shared goals. Contribute to a supportive and cooperative team culture. Demonstrate flexibility during busy periods or weekend rotations. Marketing & outreach: Assist with property marketing efforts including outreach, flyers, and research. Compliance: Adhere to fair housing laws and company policies. What we're looking for: Qualifications: Candidates with customer service experience encouraged to apply, prior leasing a plus! Valid driver's license and auto insurance if traveling between properties. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-service-focused mindset.
