This position assumes responsibility for the receiving area and freight elevator; maintains area safety, orderliness and cleanliness; verifies licenses, insurances, and permits of all service providers and contractors through the management office; enforces parking regulations; enforces rules and regulations of the Association. Good communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities include: Ensuring that the receiving area office is never left unattended/unlocked. Never permitting the receiving area to be blocked. Scheduling freight elevator for residents moving in and out in advance adhering to Association Policy. Registering all delivers and packages (i.e. Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, registered mail). Reporting all problems to the supervisor, including problems outside of scope of responsibility. Issuing parking passes to all approved vehicles. Registering and distributing ID passes to all contractors. Monitoring the coming and going of service contractors and building repair and maintenance contractors through logs. Completing required reports. Ensuring all safety precautions are followed while performing work. Maintaining a safe work area. Other duties as required. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency required. Experience/Knowledge with Receiving: Previous experience preferred Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Multiple language fluency is desirable.
