Prologistix is the answer you are looking for! At Prologistix we are looking for a Customer Service Rep Pay rate up to $19 per hour Work Schedule: 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday-Friday. Job Requirements: One year of related experience. Able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to read write and understand English. Must be computer savvy Good Work Attitude and Team Player. Duties include: Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries. Polite, respectful, good attendance. Builds effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them about products that are most appropriate to their situation. Maintains knowledge of changes to pet industry business environment. Supports marketing campaigns and product launches. Cross-sells products by making quality referrals and recognizing opportunities to refer customers to others who are more knowledgeable. Prepares reports and correspondence as needed. Answers customer calls. Answers customer emails. Provides product information. Transfers calls to various office personnel. Enters information from customer calls & emails into an excel spread sheet. Interacts with and reports any problem customer to the Customer Care Lead as well as asking for assistance with tough questions. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
