Brand Associate

The Brand Associate is responsible for delivering sales and excellent customer service in designated stores. This position performs tasks on the sales floor or in a support environment. This Associate takes pride in the Brand, is passionate about product and delivering a positive shopping experience in a service focused, well-maintained and friendly environment. Position requirements include demonstrated selling experience in a service oriented retail setting, preference towards the store's products, and the ability to assess customer needs, upsell and make recommendations, preferably with prior knowledge of the product lines. Significant interpersonal and relationship skills are also required to stay up to date with industry products and services. Retain and apply product knowledge. Duties and responsibilities include putting the customer first at all times, providing memorable, highly personalized customer service through needs analyses and product recommendations, offering customers promotional products and services, resolving customer service issues and escalating as required, creating and maintaining good working relationships with fellow associates, maintaining store appearance with respect to visual merchandising, housekeeping and maintenance standards, efficiently and accurately conducting customer transactions on our POS, efficiently and accurately conducting receiving, cycle counts, product returns and transfer transactions, etc. on our handheld, efficiently and accurately completing any required process controls (paperwork, etc.), following company policies and procedures and maintaining a safe working environment, processing all point of sale transactions in a friendly, quick, and efficient manner while complying with the company's Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures, and successfully showing consistent performance on quarterly selling observations.
