Essential duties and responsibilities (includes but is not limited to): Client onboarding & management Meeting preparation & client service Data management & communication Teamwork & support Qualifications, skills and requirements: Solid understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and relevant regulations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment. Continual learner mentality, able to adopt new solutions and help respond to the impact of new systems. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive client information, including personnel and financial data. Regular and predictable attendance is required. Business travel up to 25%. Education, training and experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred), or relevant work experience. 5+ years' experience in wealth management service business preferred. Familiarity with Charles Schwab, Fidelity and/or Raymond James preferred. Familiarity with Orion, Salesforce, other financial technology, and industry regulations preferred. The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $75,000 to $95,000 per year. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
