Conduct in-home consultations and present customized HVAC solutions. Perform detailed comfort surveys and home energy evaluations. Convert company-provided, qualified leads into closed sales. Build long-term customer relationships and referral opportunities. Maintain accurate documentation and follow company sales processes. What We're Looking For 3+ years of proven outside sales success. HVAC experience strongly preferred. High school diploma or GED (college a plus). Strong closing, follow-up, and time-management skills. Comfortable traveling between Daphne, AL and Pensacola, FL.
