Find out why were the #1 financial services company to grow your career./ppIn this role, you will:/polliPerform routine transactional tasks, such as taking inbound calls and making outbound calls by utilizing an auto dialer system to determine reason for delinquency/liliSeek ways to improve customer experience by collecting and negotiating terms of repayment on outstanding account balances/liliSupport account resolution functional area by utilizing the knowledge of company products, services, policies, procedures, and account resolution systems/liliRegularly receive direction from supervisors and escalate questions and complex issues to senior roles/liliInteract with immediate account resolution team on account resolution related information, as well as internal and external customers/li/olpRequired qualifications:/pulli6+ months of account resolution, customer contact, customer service, or sales environment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education/liliBilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English/li/ulpDesired qualifications:/pulliStrong telephone etiquette and customer service skills/liliExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication/liliAbility to work effectively in a structured, adaptable, and changing call center environment/liliSkilled in navigating multiple computer systems and using search tools to locate information/liliGood analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy/liliAbility to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships/liliSolid conflict management and decision-making abilities/liliEffective team player with strong collaboration skills/liliProven ability to meet production goals, deadlines, and performance metrics/liliIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications/li/ulpJob expectations:/pulliAbility to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled/liliMust be able to attend full duration of required training period/liliMust work on-site at the location posted/liliThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship/liliMust complete and pass required language assessment/li/ulpTraining schedule:/pulliAnticipated start date is March 9, 2026/liliTraining will be for four weeks, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm/li/ulpSchedule:/pulliWorking schedule will be within the operating hours of Monday - Thursday, 7 am- 10 pm, Friday, 7 am - 7 pm; and rotating Saturdays, 7 am - 4:30 pm./liliSchedule after training will be assigned prior to the end of training./li/ulpPosting location:/pulli401 Las Colinas Blvd W, Building A, Irving, TX 75039/li/ulpPosting end date:/pp12 Jan 2026/ppWe value equal opportunity:/ppWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
