LaborMax Staffing is seeking motivated individuals to fill Packing positions in a fast-paced manufacturing facility located in Kenton, OH. These are full-time, temp-to-hire roles offering stable hours and weekly pay.
Pay Rate: $18.45/hour+ | Weekly Pay Every Monday!
Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (every other weekend) 7AM-7PM -or- 7PM-7AM
Job Responsibilities:
Pack finished products into sleeves and boxes
Perform visual inspections for product quality
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow company safety and quality procedures
Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
No jewelry permitted on the production floor - sanitation issue
Smoke-free facility - use of tobacco and vaping products is prohibited on site
