As Sr. Director of Retail eCommerce Center of Excellence (COE), this leader will champion best‑in‑class principles that elevate our presence across the full “brick and click” landscape — from Walmart and Costco to Department, Prestige Beauty, and Home Center retailers within North America. With a strong grasp of the omnichannel shopper behavior, this leader will build scalable playbooks that unify how we activate, measure, and grow across retail.com — and build the foundation to accelerate over $1B in POS$ annually within North America.

  • Enhance our monthly and quarterly JBP reviews to be relentless on conversion metrics, challenge new ways to improve the consumer experience on all platforms, and establish large milestones to continue overdriving digital penetration.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to key retailers, leveraging insights and innovation to unlock new growth levers across R.com.
  • Drive Organizational Readiness and Best Practices
