Your Impact

You will operate as part of an engagement team of 2–5 consultants led by an engagement manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving day‑to‑day execution of transformation projects to help clients achieve new performance standards.
  • Applying a methodology‑driven approach focused on execution and capability building for large‑scale transformation.
  • Managing multiple phases—independent diligence, bottom‑up planning, implementation—over typical 6‑month engagements.
  • Working directly with clients on site, owning specific workstreams and end‑products within the program.
  • Delivering transformation objectives, coaching clients, and role‑modeling rapid decision‑making.
  • Building strong relationships, displaying high energy and resilience in ambiguous, fast‑paced contexts.
  • Operating autonomously after appropriate apprenticeship, with limited direction.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA) strongly preferred and outstanding academic record.
  • 5+ years of corporate or professional services experience in operations, finance/accounting, or go‑to‑market/top‑line growth initiatives.
  • Experience in management consulting, large‑scale change management, turnaround, restructurings, M&A integrations, or investment banking is a plus.
  • Program management experience on large‑scale transformational change programs preferred.
  • Ideal experience: rapid operational turnarounds, rapid growth programs, business planning or P&L modeling, working‑capital management, or 13‑week cashflow preparation.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual problem‑solving skills, quantitative analysis and managerial accounting comfort.
  • Ability to work with people at all levels and understand varied stakeholder perspectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language).
  • Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.
