
Senior Manager - Flights Marketing (Bangkok-based, relocation provided)

In this role, you’ll get to:
- Define Marketing strategy for Flights Vertical (outside of pricing)
- Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s Flights business on different channels (e.g., CRM, Paid Performance marketing)
- Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights
- Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions for channel growth
- Partner closely with various business functions, especially Marketing Accommodation, Flights product and flights supply, to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau to drive meaningful initiatives
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and managers; participate in hiring and onboarding new team members
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Extensive Experience: 8+ years in Data Analyst position or projects involving big data – preferably in tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, math, engineering, or economics and finance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and impactful recommendations
- Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse, e.g., SQL, Tableau, MS Excel
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in creating impactful and visually appealing presentations
- Stakeholder management: Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, with proven commercial acumen
- People management experience: hiring, coaching, and developing team members
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, ownership‑oriented, get‑thing‑done attitude
It’s great if you have:
- Experience in digital or social media marketing
- Experience in the online travel or e-commerce industry
- Experience in hypothesis testing frameworks, statistical analysis, and using Python/R for data manipulation and analysis
