The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and empathetic sales leader to oversee a team of account managers, who focus on upsells and renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a high-performing account management team to achieve individual and team booking goals
- Drive strategic growth through upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
- Identify and mitigate at-risk accounts to ensure retention
- Hire, onboard, and develop account managers at multiple levels
- Deliver content-driven client experiences and lead client-facing events
- Collaborate with peers across the organization to contribute to company culture and sales excellence
- Travel to client meetings and events as needed (~1 week/month)
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in b2b sales
- 2+ years leading a team of account managers (focus on upsells and renewals)
- Strong coaching mindset, collaborative leadership style, and high emotional intelligence
