About the Role
As our Director of Treasury, you will play a critical role in ensuring liquidity strength, financial visibility, and disciplined cash management across the organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role oversees daily treasury operations, banking relationships, cash forecasting, and process automation—helping Vacatia operate efficiently today while preparing for continued growth tomorrow.

Your Impact
- Own and manage daily liquidity across all corporate and operating accounts, ensuring accurate visibility and sufficient funding at all times
- Lead short‑ and long‑term cash forecasting, integrating receivables, payables, payroll, and capital planning
- Serve as Vacatia’s primary treasury liaison with banking partners, optimizing services, controls, and fee structures
- Execute and oversee intercompany funding, wires, ACHs, cash pooling, and concentration activities
- Drive treasury process automation and strengthen internal controls, reporting, and reconciliation workflows
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and IT to enhance forecasting models and ERP‑to‑bank integrations
- Maintain SOX‑compliant controls, fraud prevention protocols, and governance standards
- Deliver clear, actionable cash and liquidity reporting to senior leadership to support strategic decisions
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (CTP strongly preferred)
- 5 years of progressive experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance
- Deep expertise in liquidity management, cash forecasting, and banking operations
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Treasury Management Systems, and ERP environments (NetSuite, Workday, Oracle, SAP, or similar)
- Experience working across banking portals, payment platforms, and fraud prevention tools
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment and manage competing priorities
