Pre‑Sales Solutions Engineer role at Relevance AI. We’re hiring a Pre‑Sales Solutions Engineer focused on pre‑sales (~80%) with light post‑sales handover (~20%). You’ll partner with Account Executives and Enterprise prospects to qualify use cases, lead discovery, design solution architectures, and win the technical decision. You’ll build high‑impact demos and POCs/POVs on our low‑code/no‑code platform (with code where it counts), validate integrations (APIs, auth), and define success criteria, timelines, and ROI. You’ll handle technical evaluations (RFIs/RFPs, security), package reusable assets, and ensure a crisp handoff to post‑sales with clear docs, reference designs, and LOE/SOW inputs.

Your impact
- Lead technical discovery to map business goals, requirements, constraints, and success criteria.
- Design solution architectures and reference patterns; produce clear diagrams and option trade‑offs.
- Build and run high‑impact POCs/POVs: scope, success metrics, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
- Deliver tailored demos that showcase value, ROI/TCO, and operational impact; handle objections and competitive differentiation.
- Validate integration feasibility with customer systems via APIs (REST/GraphQL), webhooks, and auth (OAuth2/SAML/JWT); create sample requests and snippets.
- Prototype agent workflows, prompts, tools, and light RAG; set evaluation and guardrails for quality.
- Respond to RFIs/RFPs and security reviews (data residency, SOC 2, SSO, network options) with crisp, accurate answers.
- Estimate implementation effort and contribute to SOWs/LOEs; ensure a clean handover to post‑sales.
- Capture customer feedback and influence product roadmap; package reusable demo assets and patterns.
- Partner with Account Executives for deal strategy, multithreading, and forecast accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in Pre‑Sales/ Solutions Engineering for SaaS or platforms (Enterprise focus preferred).
- Strong customer communication and storytelling; confident presenting to executives and engineers.
- Technical fluency: APIs (REST/GraphQL), auth (OAuth2/SAML), Postman/Insomnia, OpenAPI/Swagger; hands‑on with Python for prototypes and integrations.
- Familiarity with GenAI/LLMs: prompt design, basic RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, and major model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure/Vertex).
- Experience building demo environments and POCs on low‑code/AI platforms; ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Working knowledge of cloud basics (AWS/GCP/Azure), data privacy/security considerations, and responding to RFPs/security questionnaires.
- Bonus: solution diagramming (Lucid/Mermaid), MEDDICC/solution selling exposure, and creating reusable demo kits.
