KPMG is seeking a Director, Global Compensation Lead to join our KPMGI International organization. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing global compensation programs aligned with business objectives and compensation principles.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and administer global compensation programs for over two thousand secondees in alignment with member firm compensation principles and KPMGI's business objectives
- Adapt compensation frameworks to align with global business objectives, member firm guidelines, local laws, industry standards, and market trends
- Collaborate with local HR and compensation teams to ensure consistent application of compensation principles and policies across global locations
- Partner with the Finance Business Planning team to forecast and manage the compensation budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control
- Utilize advanced analytics to evaluate global compensation trends and organizational requirements, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to leadership
- Uphold KPMG's values and contribute to a respectful and professional work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum twelve years of recent experience in global compensation management, with a focus on strategic planning, modeling, implementation, and transformation across multiple international markets
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university or certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field is required
- Experience with HRIS and compensation management software (such as SuccessFactors), proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with Power BI
- Deep understanding of global compensation principles and practices in a professional services or similar complex organization
- Exceptional communication, change management, and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders across cultures and geographies
- Strong analytical, consultative, and organizational skills; ability to link action plans to critical business priorities
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
