Head of Enterprise Sales — Build & Lead a High-Performance Revenue Organization
Take the lead in expanding a breakthrough enterprise technology platform across the U.S. market. This role is designed for a sales leader who thrives on ownership, loves building from the ground up, and knows how to convert momentum into predictable, scalable revenue. You’ll shape the sales motion, hire and develop a top-tier team, and serve as the driving force behind enterprise growth.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Own all new‑logo acquisition across mid‑market and enterprise segments, driving revenue expansion throughout the U.S.
- Build, coach, and scale a high‑performing enterprise sales organization capable of consistently exceeding targets.
- Define and enforce a rigorous, repeatable sales process — from qualification and deal strategy to forecasting and closing.
- Partner closely with Marketing and Product teams to convert demand into predictable wins and strengthen the entire GTM engine.
- Serve as the primary voice of the customer, bringing field insights back to influence positioning, roadmap decisions, and future plays.
