Prioritizing leadership, accountability, and collaboration, we equip our teams to work at the highest levels possible.**Job Summary:**The Director of Program Management leads the ETG Program Management Office and is responsible for driving consistent, disciplined delivery across technology programs and projects. This leader manages a blended team of Program and Project Managers, ensuring operational rigor, governance adherence, and high quality execution of technology initiatives.The role partners closely with the Enterprise PMO to ensure alignment on standards, portfolio processes, reporting, and governance for initiatives that span multiple business functions. The Director serves as a trusted advisor to ETG and enterprise leadership, providing insight into delivery health, risks, and strategic impacts of technology initiatives.**Responsibilities:****Leadership & Team Development*** Lead, manage, and develop a high performing team of Technology Program and Project Managers.* Build a culture of coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement within the delivery organization.* Strengthen delivery capabilities through mentoring, frameworks, tools, and best practices.**Program & Project Delivery*** Oversee execution of ETG technology programs and projects, ensuring quality, transparency, and adherence to PMO standards.* Ensure consistent use of Workfront and other PPM tools for project plans, RAID management, timelines, and reporting.* Lead delivery readiness for technology integration efforts related to acquisitions.* Collaborates with Transformation/Enterprise PMO leaders to ensure consistency in approach and adoption of program management best practices across ETG.**Governance, Frameworks & Standards*** Establish and maintain delivery frameworks, templates, stage gates, and governance processes aligned with enterprise standards.* Manage cadence and preparation for steering committees, project reviews, and leadership reporting.* Ensure project hygiene and data integrity across Workfront portfolios and dashboards.**Enterprise Alignment*** Serve as the primary ETG liaison to the Enterprise PMO for cross functional programs and governance alignment.* Ensure technology initiatives follow enterprise intake, prioritization, and reporting requirements.* Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, and other functional leaders on programs involving technology impacts.**Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management*** Partner with ETG and enterprise leaders to ensure technology delivery aligns with strategic and financial objectives.* Drive visibility into delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and resource capacity.* Support enterprise transformation portfolios through integrated planning, risk management, and dependency management.**Executive Partnership & Communication*** Serve as a strategic thought partner to ETG and enterprise executives.* Provide actionable insights and recommendations regarding program status, risks, mitigation strategies, and portfolio health.* Communicate complex delivery topics clearly and effectively to technical and non‑technical audiences.**Requirements*** Deep experience with technology enabled transformation, including: + Infrastructure and security initiatives + Application and platform implementations + ERP/enterprise systems + Integrations, migrations, and modernization programs + Automation and AI initiatives with an emphasis on growth and efficiency gains* Strong understanding of PPM tools (Workfront preferred), delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), and portfolio-level reporting.**Education and Experience:*** 12+ years leading large‑scale technology programs and project delivery teams in a matrixed environment.* Experience establishing or maturing PMOs, preferably in high growth or acquisitive organizations.* Proven ability to lead through influence and drive alignment across business and technology functions.* Bachelor’s degree required, Master's degree preferred, or combination of equivalent education and experience.* PMP or PgMP required; Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications preferred**.*** Operates with an enterprise mindset—balancing rigor with adaptability.* Models integrity, composure, and servant leadership in high‑stakes environments.* Thrives in complexity and ambiguity, driving clarity and structure where needed.* Champions collaboration, communication, transparency, and delivery excellence.#LI-CH1**Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.****Why Join Us:**At Acrisure, we’re building more than a business, we’re building a community where people can grow, thrive, and make an impact.
