The brand remains committed to leveraging its rich heritage to build a better present and future. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Own the strategy and execution of client-facing and brand-building events across markets* Develop integrated marketing and experiential frameworks aligned to commercial and brand objectives* Serve as relationship lead for ~10 retail and wholesale partners, overseeing Lease Required Advertising (LRA) and Coop Advertising campaigns* Act as senior decision-maker in partnership with the Head of Marketing & HQ for creative direction, production, agencies, and luxury vendor partnerships* Build and optimize regional relationship networks, including hospitality partners, VIPs, stylists, and wedding planners* Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Retail teams, and HQ marketing resources* Partner cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Creative, Press, Merchandising, Made to Measure, and Clienteling teams* Support HQ-led global initiatives, including fashion shows, client travel, and key brand moments* Oversee budgets, forecasting, and performance measurement, ensuring ROI and cost efficiency* Provide executive-level on-site leadership and oversight of contractors and partners* Ensure compliance with ZEGNA’s Internal Control Framework (ICFR)**QUALIFICATIONS:*** The ideal candidate brings senior experience across luxury marketing and events, strong commercial acumen, and exceptional relationship management skills.* 5+ years of proven experience in retail luxury marketing and brand management, and event execution.**WHO YOU ARE:*** Passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and understanding the nuances of the luxury world, consistently pushing boundaries to elevate brand presence.* A forward-thinker with a business mindset and an innate ability to balance creative vision with measurable outcomes.**COMPENSATION:*** The hourly pay range for this position, dependent on candidates' relevant skills and experience, will be $125-$175/hour.**YOUR OPPORTUNITY** The ideal **Temporary Marketing Director** has strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills and is comfortable working cross-functionally.
