Role Overview
Initio Capital is expanding its GrowthOS™ Advisor Network and is looking for experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) experts to support founders as they scale revenue, operations, and growth strategy.
As a GrowthOS™ Advisor, you’ll work directly with high-potential founders, leveraging Initio Capital’s tools, frameworks, and deal flow—while building and monetizing your own advisory practice.
What You’ll Do
Advise Founders on Growth & GTM Strategy Support startups across areas such as sales, marketing, partnerships, pricing, customer acquisition, and revenue operations.
Deliver Client Engagements via GrowthOS™ Use Initio Capital’s GrowthOS™ platform, tools, and playbooks to drive measurable outcomes.
Earn Revenue Per Engagement Get paid for each founder or company you support.
Build Your Advisory Practice Access a pipeline of qualified, venture-backed founders actively seeking GTM expertise.
