Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and data-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead end-to-end marketing, brand, and customer acquisition efforts for a premium photo printing and photo products business. This executive-level role is responsible for driving profitable growth, strengthening brand leadership in the premium photo printing space, and building a highly engaged community of creators across both consumer and professional audiences.

The Vice President of Marketing will set the vision and direction for all marketing initiatives while remaining hands-on and execution-focused. This role requires a leader who thinks like a startup operator, values experimentation and learning, and deeply understands the full customer journey from acquisition through retention.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Growth

  • Lead the overall marketing, brand, and customer acquisition strategy to drive sustainable, profitable growth
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies across consumer and professional segments
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics to measure success across channels

Brand & Positioning

  • Strengthen and evolve brand positioning within the premium photo printing and personalized products market
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and voice across all touchpoints
  • Build brand equity while supporting performance-driven marketing initiatives

Customer Acquisition & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Oversee acquisition strategies across digital channels, partnerships, and campaigns
  • Optimize the full customer lifecycle including acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty
  • Leverage data and insights to improve conversion, lifetime value, and customer satisfaction

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing organization
  • Partner closely with product, operations, creative, and leadership teams
  • Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement

Data, Analytics & Optimization

  • Use data, analytics, and testing to inform decisions and optimize marketing performance
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies that improve efficiency and ROI
  • Champion a test-and-learn mindset across all marketing functions

Qualifications & Experience

  • Senior leadership experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce, consumer products, or premium/luxury brands
  • Proven track record of driving growth through integrated marketing and brand strategy
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and lifecycle management
  • Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional partners at an executive level
  • Highly analytical, strategic, and execution-oriented
