Responsibilities
- Lead generation and qualification of new business through prospecting in a domestic market.
- Outside business-to-business (B2B) sales to drive growth, with unlimited growth potential and uncapped residual commission in addition to base salary.
- Maintain a competitive and motivated mindset with a focus on new business development.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of current/recent Domestic Sales experience in a freight forwarding organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
- Proven success in generating/qualifying leads with a hunter mentality.
- High energy with a professional personal brand and executive presence.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven, results-oriented environment.
- Effective communicator with strong business acumen and intuition.
- Self-starter with strong organization and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail to drive profitability.
- Ability to think strategically about the personal impact to the client’s long-term business strategy.
- Team-oriented with a drive to contribute as a high-value team member.
