Responsibilities

  • Lead a partner marketing organization that supports GTM efforts across both QuickBooks and Mailchimp with a focus on both SMB and Mid‑Market customers.
  • Drive high‑velocity experimentation and testing across Intuit‑owned surfaces (including lifecycle marketing, paid media, web, owned social, and accountant channels) to uncover significant opportunities for partner discoverability and growth.
  • Advocate internally for partnerships as a key contributor to Intuit’s growth agenda and drive alignment across XFN stakeholders in the partnerships vision.
  • Oversee development of bespoke, integrated marketing campaigns for key strategic partners that leverage the strengths of both organizations, targeting shared customer pain points and opportunities.
  • Champion the use of AI and state‑of‑the‑art martech tools to land world‑class 1:many marketing resources that empower partners to effectively position, market, and sell our joint solutions. This programmatic marketing motion includes playbooks, content libraries, digital tools, webinars, resource center, and more.
  • Leverage repeatable GTM motions to accelerate ecosystems growth across QuickBooks and Mailchimp to support the opening of new ‘front doors’ across the world’s largest SMB platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships organization on new offerings, integrations, or market‑specific solutions that address evolving customer needs and create unique competitive advantages.
  • Codify business unit value proposition across partner types and commercialization models, articulating clear, measurable benefits for partners and shared customers, demonstrating how partnering with us helps them achieve their business objectives.
  • Build and lead a motivated, high‑performing team of partner marketers to drive flawless execution of the strategy, grow their careers, and build scalable partner marketing motions to fuel the next phase of ecosystem’s growth.

Qualifications

Success Looks Like:

  • Increased Partner‑Driven Revenue: A significant portion of our overall revenue directly attributable to new partner “front doors”, scaled programs, and integrations.
  • Expanded Ecosystem Footprint: A growing network of highly productive partners across diverse segments and regions who are engaging with our resources.
  • Enhanced Customer Lifetime Value: Partnerships contributing to stickier customer relationships, higher retention rates, and increased upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Deep marketing craft expertise: building powerful brands and identifying meaningful customer insights that drive breakthrough adoption and usage of our products and services across the platform.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving transformation and building new disciplines with winning outcomes.
  • Experience leading people managers (minimum 2nd line management experience).
  • Proven ability to utilize sophisticated data and compelling data stories to influence major business decisions and improve ecosystem outcomes.
  • Proven success in partnering, influencing, and collaborating internally and externally.
  • Proven ability to hire and grow world‑class marketing professionals.

Compensation

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position may be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area California $262,500-355,500

New York $262,500-355,000
