High School graduate (college level or degree is an advantage). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Open to applicants with or without BPO experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment. Customer service experience is a plus (training provided). Amenable to work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Safety & Compliance
