We are seeking a Director of Core Services who will report to the Chief Clinical Officer and is responsible for adult and Child/Adolescent outpatient programs. This position will integrate and coordinate OP services including case management services with a keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high- quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of LBHS and in accordance with government regulation, licensing, and accreditation requirements. The Director of Core Services ensures that the area of responsibility will follow the organization’s strategic plan and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. The Director of Core Services will work closely with the Chief Clinical Officer and will supervise clinical activities at the outpatient clinic. The position will be responsible for implementing clinical policies and procedures, and the position will oversee and be responsible for clinical care provided by LBHS outpatient services. This position will work closely with the Administrative Director of BHCC, Director of Residential and Housing Services as well as other LBHS service lines to coordinate the care to meet the needs of each individual served. Director of Core Services will provide clinical and administrative supervision, serve as a mentor, coach, and teacher for staff to create a climate which promotes quality treatment for each LBHS staff member. Duties include hiring and managing staff, to ensure individual clinicians deliver excellent behavioral health care. Other duties as assigned. This position requires: Completion of a master’s degree in a related field. Two years’ experience managing professional level staff is preferred. Must possess current GA Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor license or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy or eligibility to obtain full licensure within 6 months of hire.
