We’re looking for a Social Media Director who can lead strategy, drive cultural and consumer insights, and manage day-to-day social media efforts for clients. This role reports to the VP of Social Media and will work closely with other departments and clients to create world-class social first campaigns rooted in strategy. The ideal candidate combines creativity, strategy, and analytical expertise to spearhead our efforts across all social channels and will help grow and evolve our social practice at Tombras. Where you'll be working: Knoxville or Atlanta. Relocation assistance may be provided. What you will be doing:

Developing, designing, executing and evolving best-in-class, comprehensive social strategies encompassing audience insights, social listening, channel mix, content strategy, community management, influencer marketing, and more Collaborating with brand strategy, brand creative, social creative, account, project management, analytics and more to create, curate and manage ongoing social-first content and activations for clients Monitoring and analyzing social media trends––including developments in design, applications, strategy and innovation––to adjust existing and inform future strategies, ensuring relevance and effectiveness Developing social strategies and content calendars for relevant platforms Engaging with followers and communities on social with prompt and on-strategy responses Analyzing performance data and adjusting strategies as needed Creating comprehensive plans to drive brand awareness and increase engagement Monitoring relevant competitor activity Tracking social campaigns’ key performance metrics to maximize results and report on progress Partner with existing and prospective client teams developing social strategies to achieve brand and business goals Lead and mentor a team of future innovators Working at the speed of social - fast! - ensuring more opportunities to make exceptional and impactful content for our clients What you bring:

Desire to build and foster engaged communities and create award-winning social-first work with a team of highly motivated creatives and strategists 10+ years of experience in social media management, strategy and content creation Ability to proofread content for grammatical accuracy and maintain style consistency across pieces Obsessive attention to detail 5+ years of experience managing and leading a team, giving feedback, setting goals, and fostering a positive team culture Proven track record of creating and executing successful campaigns Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams Deep experience of social platform analytics and performance metrics Passion for current and emerging social media platforms, trends, and best practices Public speaking skills to ensure ideas are presented effectively and coherently An attitude of positivity, inclusivity and curiosity Strong project management and organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Why you'll want to work at Tombras: Family - It comes first, on every list.
