About this role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SDR Sales Manager to lead, coach, and grow our team of Sales Development Representatives. This role involves driving the performance of the SDR team by developing strategies for lead generation, prospect engagement, pipeline growth, and cross‑functional collaboration with our Ad Sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and a passion for coaching and leading a high‑performing team.

This role is based in Austin with in‑office requirements, and will report directly to the SVP of Regional Advertising Sales.

Responsibilities

Onboard and train new SDR team members

Motivate and drive SDR’s to achieve and exceed quarterly quotes

Develop and refine outreach strategies to drive lead generation and increase qualified opportunities for Ad Sales Executives

Collaborate with marketing team on tradeshow events and campaign strategies

Monitor KPI’s and implement strategies for continuous improvement Requirements

3+ years of experience in Sales Development, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role

Strong understanding of sales development best practices and techniques

Solid understanding of digital, video and/or TV advertising

Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication

Consistent track‑record of meeting + exceeding quotas

Ability to work in a fluid environment and adjust priorities on‑the‑fly

Self‑starter with ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

High level of integrity and follow‑through

Strong collaboration and relationship management skills

Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Boostr, Pipedrive, etc.), sales engagement tools (SalesLoft), and prospecting tools (Seamless.ai, SalesNav)
