Overview
The Annual Giving Manager is responsible for building and growing St. Joseph’s Health Foundation’s Annual Fund through donor-centered, ethical, and mission-aligned strategies. This role focuses on donor acquisition, retention, stewardship, and entry-level upgrade pathways that support long-term philanthropic engagement across the health system. All activities are conducted in alignment with healthcare philanthropy best practices, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies. Responsibilities
Lead multi-channel annual giving efforts, including donor acquisition, retention, stewardship, and entry-level upgrade pathways that support long-term philanthropic engagement across the health system. Manage stewardship and recognition programs. Support employee giving initiatives. Collaborate closely with Major Gifts, Planned Giving, and Stewardship to ensure a seamless donor experience. Ensure activities are conducted in alignment with healthcare philanthropy best practices, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies.
