Overview

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $66,000 - $99,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits. The program is designed for motivated individuals eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our mission of sustainability and innovation in the automation space. Responsibilities and expectations

Develop sound business acumen through verbal and written communication, ensuring professionalism in all interactions. Collaborate with team members, actively listening to ideas, sharing information, and contributing to a collaborative work environment. Work as part of a team to accomplish shared objectives and meet goals. Manage time effectively to complete tasks on schedule and meet objectives. Exhibit strong goal attainment behavior and engage in team meetings, discussions, and activities. Act as a self-starter, proactively seeking solutions to challenges. Opportunity for leadership to guide and inspire team members toward shared goals. Practice active listening to learn from others and understand diverse perspectives. Build professional relationships and expand your network across the Industrial Automation and Process Automation businesses. Prepare and deliver effective presentations, and act as a problem solver using practical and creative approaches to obstacles. Demonstrate a technical aptitude; a basic understanding of electrical and industrial automation concepts is a plus. Qualifications

To qualify for this program, you will need a 4-year college degree in one of the following fields: Engineering, Computer Engineering, Communications, or Business. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work well in teams and engage with diverse groups are essential. Compensation is competitive and includes full Schneider Electric benefits and 401K plan. The position involves travel up to 50% within the US. Must be a US citizen or hold a valid green card.
