a fast-growing leader in the petroleum services industry, is looking for experienced, savvy, high producing Sales Executive for the greater Phoenix AZ area! In this role you will be selling petroleum fueling equipment, maintenance services, as well as installation new builds and retrofit projects.

What You Will Do: The primary responsibility of this Sales role is to promote and advance sales of products and services within the United Uptime Services markets. This Sales role will require the development, maintenance, and growth of United Uptime Service’s relationships with a goal of increasing sales revenue and gross profit. The sales representative will need to develop a high level of expertise regarding product lines, industry regulations, and fuel system requirements. This role affords the opportunity to have a significant impact on the future of United Uptime as it continues to grow rapidly both organically as well as through acquisitions.

How You Will Do It:

40% - Develop, maintain, and grow customer (C-stores, GC’s, construction managers, municipalities, fleet operators, etc.) relationships with someone associated with the value chain to increase sales revenue and gross profit. Present or demonstrate products and services to customers as part of the selling process. Analyze customer operations and make relevant recommendations on equipment, operations, systems, and services. Maintain customer focus ensuring quick resolution of issues, questions, or concerns that may arise during the daily course of business. Possess ability to simultaneously bid business, manage existing accounts, and add new business.

20% - Develop a monthly territory sales forecast which is a combination of new bookings and forecast project wins. Develop pipeline of projects and opportunities, progressing them from Prospect to Win. Maintain pipeline activity in CRM and report monthly on project wins, new opportunities, and pipeline progression.

20% - Develop a detailed, accurate Scope of Work which will be passed to the estimating team. Consult with sales leadership to apply margins to project and equipment sales which maximize profitability while remaining competitive.

20% - Duties as required – Identify and engage new customers to introduce United Uptime products and services including equipment, repair & maintenance services, and installation. Develop a high level of expertise regarding product lines, industry regulations, and fuel system requirement. Understand competitors’ strengths and weaknesses and position United Uptime favorably by effectively emphasizing the value proposition of the company. Work in a team-oriented environment which requires working and communicating positively and professionally with fellow employees, customers, and vendors. Participates in and/or conducts sales presentations and/or pre-construction meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

4-5+ years of sales experience

Selling skills with a proven track record of success – standard selling process preferred

Experience in sale of fuel system equipment preferred

Energetic and self-motivated

Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and persuasion

Troubleshooting skills/logical problem‑solving skills

Must be able to make inside and outside cold calls

Strong customer relations skills and be able to communicate effectively both internally and externally, written, verbal, and non‑verbal

Exhibit a professional demeanor, and develop customer relations and superior service

Technology‑savvy - experience with CRM, project tracking tools, basic computer skills and aptitude to learn new software

Able to develop a basic sales forecast and meet deadlines

Good work ethic; integrity, critical thinking, decision‑making, and judgment

Work independently and as a member of a team
