Sales Executive - LoopNet - Orlando

Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients using consultative sales methods to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on strategic marketing plans.
Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group data to drive sales and close new business.
Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across LoopNet and CoStar to drive sales revenue.
Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, CRE trends, and your market territory.
Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support, share market insights, and offer solutions to help clients achieve goals.
Travel – Build strong client relationships through regular in-person meetings, which may require travel by car and outside the driving radius of your office location.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a sales-related role in a B2B environment.
2+ years of commercial real estate (CRE) related experience.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (in-person preferred).
Demonstrated commitment to prior employers and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a focus on customer experience.
Current and valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record prior to start.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building long-term relationships with senior-level clients.
Ability to analyze data, build out reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and trends.
Regular access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
Flexibility and adaptability in a high-growth environment. Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
