Design & Creative Support
Assist in the development of seasonal concepts, color stories, fabric, trim, and graphic direction. Support the team with trend and market research, including seasonal color, material, silhouette, and styling inspiration. Create and update professional presentation boards, including CAD sketches, illustrations, and fabric/trim swatches. Prepare visual materials for internal meetings and milestone presentations.
Product Development
Maintain up-to-date tech packs, CADs, and linesheets in PLM and shared documents. Help track and organize sample status, raw materials, and product development details. Collaborate with Production to support design integrity through the development and bulk process. Assist with lab dip approvals, fabric submits, and print strike-offs, providing feedback as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional partners including Merchandising, Technical Design, and Production to ensure deadlines are met. Participate in fittings and team reviews to support the product lifecycle from concept to final sample. Help maintain the sample closet, raw materials library, and seasonal archives in an organized, accessible manner.
Qualifications
0–2 years of design experience, internship experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design, Fashion Design, or a related field. Strong illustration and technical sketching ability (flat and fashion). Excellent color sense, trend awareness, and an eye for detail. Demonstrated creative ability and a strong portfolio showcasing design and CAD work. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; knowledge of PLM, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced design environment. Previous experience in graphic design or knowledge of graphics development is a plus.

Salary Range: $57,500.00 - $69,000.00

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
