We are seeking candidates to join our team of Art Directors, who lead clients through their artwork reveal experience via remote Zoom sessions. This role blends confident communication, artistic guidance, and decisive leadership to help clients invest in meaningful heirloom artwork they are proud to live with.

This is not a customer service role. Art Directors are trusted advisors who guide clients to clarity and commitment.

Mission for Art Director at Rebecca Rose Fine Portraits

To confidently lead inbound clients through their portrait reveal experience and drive $100,000+ in new monthly revenue by guiding clients to clear, decisive purchasing outcomes through high-level consultative reveal sessions.

Art Directors maintain calm authority throughout each call, balancing emotional intelligence with leadership and accountability.

You are not there to persuade through pressure. You are there to provide clarity, confidence, and direction.

Outcomes / KPIs

Generate $100,000+ in new business revenue monthly (minimum)

Maintain a 20% no-close rate or lower

Complete 25 inbound reveal sessions per week minimum

Maintain 25-30 available 60-minute calendar slots per week

Maintain a $1,250 minimum average order value

Daily Execution of Team & Administrative Tasks

Huddles via Zoom (Tuesday-Thursday at 1:30 PM EST)

End-of-day report submission

Update projections, tracking sheets, and CRM

Maintain accuracy and consistency across internal systems

Communicate professionally and promptly via Slack during business hours

Compensation Classification

This position is a 1099 independent contractor role. Art Directors are responsible for their own taxes, benefits, and insurance.

Training Pay $20 per hour for the first 30 days (guaranteed)

Commissions earned during training are paid in addition to hourly pay

Commission Structure 10% commission on all pre-tax revenue collected

Bonus Structure $1,000 bonus for every $150,000 in revenue generated

Additional $2,000 bonus for every $50,000 thereafter

On-Track Earnings Projection (Minimum KPI)

25 reveal sessions per week / 100 per month

80% show rate = 80 completed calls

$1,250 AOV = $100,000 revenue generated

10% commission = $10,000 monthly commission

If You Exceed KPI (Top Performer Benchmark)

30 reveal sessions per week

96 completed calls per month

$1,580 AOV = $151,680 revenue generated

Earnings:

Base commission: $15,168

Bonus: $1,000

Total monthly earnings: $16,168

Time Expectations Full-time position

Must provide availability for 25 new reveal sessions per week minimum

Must be available evenings and Saturdays

Typical Schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday

Approximately 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM EST

Location 100% remote

Work from anywhere
